‍What motivates you at work?

‍To be the best version of ourselves that we can be. We are a pretty ambitious group with an aggressive goal. The journey of getting there is what keeps us motivated to continue growing.

‍What advice would you give to other businesses?

‍Define your why. Failure is part of business and life. If you don’t have a compelling enough reason to keep going, those frustrations will get the better of you.
