Tell us about your company and what you do.

I am the owner of DMC Tax Services. I provide small business bookkeeping and payroll, and tax return preparation services for small businesses and individuals.

What motivates you at work?

I was in school for travel and tourism and was taking an accounting class and loved it.I completed my schooling for travel and tourism and then continued with school to get my degree in accounting and finance. I have a passion for working with people to help them manage their finances and make sure they don’t pay too much in taxes. The relationships I build with my clients is what keeps me motivated.

What advice would you give to other businesses?

I would advise other businesses to build relationships with their clients. This is the best way to build a solid business. When people feel comfortable with you and the services you bring to them, they will refer you and help you grow your business.

Why did you choose Towerview?

I chose Towerview because of the building set up the amenities, and the proximity to my home. I was looking for an office to make it convenient for my clients to access me easily. My prior office was in Cary, and this is still close. I also had to have an office with no stairs for my older clients and Towerview is perfect with a second story walk-out and an elevator.

How has working here helped you and your business?

I have been here since January, and it has been an awesome experience. The staff has been amazing in greeting my clients. It has helped me grow my business by allowing me to meet with even more clients in such a positive, stress-free environment. I am also looking to hire another employee in the winter to serve even more clients.
